Focus and Oversight<\/h2>

Lupin is committed to the highest standards of corporate conduct in all our business activities around the world. At Lupin, all employees are expected to lead and promote a culture of ethical and compliant behavior.
Lupin has a Corporate Compliance and Ethics Office (CCEO), which focuses on developing and enhancing our U.S. Compliance Program, designed to meet external requirements and guided by our core values of integrity, excellence, and respect for people. The CCEO has access to and reports compliance matters to the Chief Executive Officer and other senior leaders. The CCEO team provides dedicated support to Lupin\u2019s leaders, employees, and business units.<\/p>

Written Standards<\/h2>

The Lupin U.S. Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the \u201cCode\u201d) sets forth the core values, standards, and guidelines for employee conduct. It outlines the company\u2019s expectations for ethical and compliant behavior for those working for or on behalf of Lupin.
It consists of statements of principles that provide clear expectations for conduct consistent with Lupin\u2019s values: Integrity, Passion for Excellence, Teamwork, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Respect and Care, and Customer Focus. It emphasizes Lupin\u2019s commitment to integrity in all relationships and transactions.
In addition to the Code, Lupin maintains policies and guidelines that cover applicable laws and regulations. These also consider industry best practices, including the provisions of the PhRMA (Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America) Code on Interactions with Health Care Professionals. Guidance documents are reviewed and updated periodically to reflect current laws and regulations.<\/p>

Training and Education<\/h2>

Lupin is committed to providing effective training and education for its employees to ensure understanding of Lupin\u2019s values, the Code, the U.S. Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program (CCEP), individual employee obligations, and company policies. Targeted training is mandatory for individuals, especially those in key risk areas such as pharmaceutical sales and marketing. The CCEO periodically reviews and updates its training materials to provide employees with the most current information regarding policies and the law.<\/p>

Open Communication Channels<\/h2>

Lupin is committed to promoting dialogue between management and employees through various channels. Lupin\u2019s goal is to ensure employees know where to turn when seeking answers to questions or reporting potential violations of the law, the Code, and\/or company policies. Employees are encouraged to contact their management, human resources, the CCEO, or the hotline.
Lupin\u2019s hotline is available to employees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to report possible violations or to ask questions about legal obligations, policies, the Code, and the CCEP.
